Dear reader, it’s been a while; but today I was reminded on what really makes a great leader. To me — in my very humble opinion — it is that a leader assumes fault, even when it’s not theirs.

Allow me to explain, we’ve all run into a situation where the person we were talking to had to “fix” something. An order was late, the pizza was cold, you got the sundress you wanted in pink rather than orange.
